You’ll see an update to the Visor chat allowing you to get instant answers by speaking to a live team member as always or by viewing quick helpful links.

New
- 🤩 You’ll see an upgrade to the Visor chat the next time you log in. Like before, you’ll be able to speak with a live Visor team member right inside the app. With the latest improvements, you’ll now see a separate tab in the chat with “Quick links” to get the answers you need fast. In this area, you’ll also be able to search our Knowledge Base to see your current plan, view our public roadmap, or to schedule a free one on one training and more, in one convenient place.
