Made minor fixes to Gantt view and date selection workflows.

Fixes
- Fixed issue where your Gantt view shifts in time after changing the Timeframe of your view. Now the Gantt view will stay fixed where you left it.
- Fixed issue where if you hit the enter key in the date picker, the date picker does not save your selected choice. Now we save the selected date value.
- Made infrastructure performance improvements.
