You’re getting a new helpful update! This week, Pat reconfigured how we handle your initial Jira import to improve your experience on Visor. Now, importing Jira tasks in the custom order you want is even easier. You can prioritize tasks by rank instead of only by creation date.

    • ⭐Bonus Tips for Your Jira Imports ⭐:

    1. Order in the nest! Remember to select “maintain nesting” when importing so that Visor can keep the same order as you have in Jira. 🐣 
    2. Parent and child relationship: If the parent issue in Jira has a higher rank, then the related child issue will always accompany the parent and have a higher rank.
